SoloMia learned about Simón Camilo through our friends at Botero Coffee Company, who discovered him in the small town of Barcelona, Quindío. What began as a casual chat in a local gym turned into a collaboration built on shared respect for craftsmanship and curiosity about how far Colombian coffee can go.
At Finca Megacom, Simón is rebuilding his family’s farm with care and precision. Sitting at 1,500 meters, between a river and a stream, his trees grow in ideal conditions for rich, balanced coffee. Together with SoloMia's partners, he’s been fine-tuning fermentation methods and experimenting beyond the classic washed process — always chasing a cleaner, more expressive cup.
This lot reflects that dedication. Expect layers of dark chocolate, caramelized sugar (panela), and toasted almonds - a smooth, grounded coffee that carries the warmth and quiet confidence of the Andes.
