Eden Farms is located in La Tebaida, Quindío, one of Colombia's most respected coffee-growing regions. Sitting at approximately 1,400 meters above sea level, the farm benefits from volcanic soils, abundant rainfall, and a mild mountain climate that provide ideal conditions for producing exceptional specialty coffee.

Today, Eden Farms is led by fourth-generation coffee producer Viviana Martínez, who combines her family's coffee-growing heritage with a passion for innovation. After studying agriculture, Viviana returned to her family's farm with a vision of elevating coffee quality through specialty production. She introduced new coffee varieties, including Pink Bourbon, Sidra, Laurina, Sudan Rume, and Wush Wush, and continues to explore processing techniques that highlight each coffee's unique character while honoring generations of farming tradition.

Among these varieties is Pink Bourbon (Bourbon Rosado), a coffee SoloMia selected for its elegance and vibrant character. Carefully washed to preserve its clarity, Pink Bourbon is known for its refined sweetness, lively acidity, and delicate floral notes. The result is a clean, balanced cup that beautifully reflects both the variety and the unique terroir of Quindío.

At SoloMia, we believe every great cup begins with a producer. We're proud to share coffees from farmers like Viviana Martínez, whose dedication to quality, innovation, and the land shapes every harvest. By choosing specialty coffee, you're helping support the people behind it, allowing them to invest in their farms, refine their craft, and continue producing exceptional coffees for generations to come.
